Shipping Policy

How we deliver your carpets – shipping costs, delivery times and customs at a glance.

Delivery times

Within Switzerland, delivery takes a maximum of 10 working days, though you usually receive your carpet within 2–3 – for very large carpets we occasionally deliver the same day ourselves. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.

Shipping costs within Switzerland

Shipping within Switzerland is generally free from an order value of CHF 100. For very heavy shipments over 30 kg we reserve the right to charge shipping depending on the order – you are informed of the costs in advance and may always collect the goods yourself.

Deliveries within the EU

Flat rate of CHF 200 per item up to a maximum of 30 kg; the total shipping amount is calculated at checkout. Orders over 30 kg abroad are settled at actual cost (a quote is obtained and confirmed in advance). Please note that in individual cases shipping costs may be requested separately via PayPal.

Deliveries outside Switzerland and the EU

Flat rate of CHF 300 per item. Orders over 30 kg are settled at actual cost (a quote is obtained).

Small orders under CHF 100

Deliveries under CHF 100 can be shipped for a surcharge or, by arrangement, collected from our showroom (phone +41 44 820 22 88).

Customs & import taxes

As Switzerland is not part of the EU customs union, shipments abroad must be cleared through customs. Customs duties as well as VAT, goods and/or sales tax for shipments abroad are always borne by the customer. For larger shipments we are happy to help you choose a suitable carrier.

Packaging

We pack as compactly as possible and handle packaging materials sustainably. For larger orders we occasionally split the delivery into several parcels, which may arrive on different days.

Logistics partners

Depending on requirements, we work with various logistics providers, including Swiss Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx and cargobay.

Unaccepted or returned shipments

Deliveries that are not accepted and are returned to us are charged both ways, plus an administration fee of CHF 60 (incl. VAT).

Refund if unavailable

If an item is out of stock, undeliverable or already sold, you receive a full refund of the purchase price. Depending on the payment method, this is made via PayPal or directly to your account; for payments from the EU we make a SEPA transfer.
