A very attractive, old Turkish Bergama rug knotted in the 1920-1930s. This beautiful Bergama rug originates from western Turkey and bears all the elements of Turkish weaving with clear influences from Caucasian rugs brought via the Silk Road. Dyed with vegetable dyes, with repairs but beautifully preserved in terms of colour.
