An exceptionally vibrant Uzbek Kilim from Central Asia featuring a bold geometric composition with an almost mosaic like colour arrangement. The field is filled with a rhythmic sequence of diamond shaped medallions that create strong visual movement across the entire surface. Particularly striking is the rich use of orange, coral, red, turquoise, blue and soft pink tones combined with natural ivory accents that give the kilim remarkable brightness and energy. Subtle abrash and tonal variations within the wool add depth and emphasise the handmade nature of this traditional flatweave from Uzbekistan. The geometric motifs are rooted in Central Asian tribal symbolism and traditionally represented ideas such as protection, fertility and identity. Despite the complexity of the design, the overall composition remains balanced and harmonious. Thanks to its flatwoven construction, this kilim works beautifully in both contemporary and traditional interiors, bringing warmth, texture and colour into the space. Handwoven in wool and full of authentic nomadic character, this is a highly decorative one of a kind piece with strong personality.
