This approximately 30-year-old reproduction of a classic Seichur rug from Turkey is in remarkably good condition. It is full-pile, the colours are bright and well preserved. A small, barely visible flaw does not detract from the overall impression. The rug was made with woollen warp and weft threads and has a certain antique value - especially considering its exceptionally well-kept condition. A comparable piece with a finer weave can be found in Christ Church Cathedral in Oxford, England.
