This is a beautiful classic Ziegler rug made from hand-spun wool. It was knotted by hand in the south of Afghanistan and is made from soft sheep's wool. Floral ornaments, vibrant colours and a wide border characterise these rugs. The pile is often given a slightly washed-out look to create a decorative impression. A short pile rug in a class of its own. Vegetable colouring and in perfect condition.
