Aubusson Needlepoint are rugs woven 100% by hand, modelled on Aubusson tapestries from the 18th century. It takes many hours of labour just to complete a needlepoint. The patterns in these fabrics are reminiscent of the domes and wall paintings of noble houses from this period. A needlepoint matches both shabby chic and the upscale homes of today's Swiss.
