An exceptionally beautiful Ekbatan (now Hamadan) carpet from the city of the same name. The carpet is old and has some Art Deco style elements as seen in carpets from this region from the 1930s. The pile is deep, but the carpet is otherwise beautifully preserved in terms of colour. It was placed in the entrance area of the <a href="https://www.khouristherestaurant.com/" target="_blank">Khouris Restaurant</a> on Lagerstrasse in Zurich.
